You’ve already taken the important first step of finding out your risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
More than half of all cases of type 2 diabetes can be prevented or delayed by making changes to your diet and lifestyle, so now is the time to act.
Where do I get started?
There are 3 areas where you can make considerable changes to reduce your risk:
- Losing weight
- Increasing physical activity
- Improving your diet
We will explore each of these in more detail over the next few sections of the course.
