Diabetes and weight
If you have type 1 diabetes and you have decided you want to lose or gain some weight, you might worry that this will be difficult to do while also having to count carbs and balance your insulin regime. This section provides some information that might help you lose or gain weight while managing your blood glucose well, and what to do if you feel your relationship with your weight might be becoming a problem.
