Monitoring diabetes

This section is to make you more familiar with the ways that diabetes is monitored. This is done through an appointment known as an annual review which all patients with diabetes in the UK will have to opportunity to attend.

In this section, day to day blood glucose monitoring will be covered. This may not be relevant to you if you are not currently taking insulin or other blood-glucose-lowering medication.
