Now that you have completed the course, why not think about setting some goals for the future? This may be to increase your activity levels, learning a new skill or choosing to eat a healthier diet. There are a number of resources available to help you to live a healthier lifestyle which benefits both you and your baby. You can find help to improve your diet by visiting the NHS Eat Well website which has a great range of recipes and tips and tricks to help you achieve your goals.
There is also some really useful information about exercising after having a baby on the NHS that you can access here. It’s really worthwhile to see what services are available in your local community for you and your baby. Your healthcare visitor or any health care professional will be able to signpost you to what is going on in your area.
